Please note that everyone giving an oral or poster presentation must attend the conference in person. Virtual attendance is for those watching only and not for presenters.
Conference registration includes lunch Monday through Thursday, coffee breaks Monday afternoon as well as morning and afternoon Tuesday through Thursday, and heavy appetizers during the poster session.
Banquet tickets will be sold separately and are $50/person.
The banquet includes a meal, an owl calling contest with great prizes for those who wish to participate, and a presentation on 30+ years of Long-eared Owl research by Denver Holt.

Scholarships for students
The Lady Gray'l Fund and Discover Owls offered free conference registration to five students who have submitted abstracts. Those scholarships have already been awarded.
Cancellation policy: 100% refund if requested by 15 July 2023; 50% refund if requested between 16 July and 31 August 2023. No refunds will be given 1 September 2023 or later.
