Groningen Convention Bureau

The Groningen Convention Bureau will register all conference visitors.
Cancellations and alterations
Any alterations or cancellations must be notified by post, facsimile or
email to the Groningen Convention Bureau. A full refund of registration
fees, less an administration fee of € 50,- will be made to any
participant cancelling before October 1st, 2007. Refunds for
cancellations received after that date will not be possible.
