Room sharing
- It is possible to book a bed in a quad room on a sharing basis. These rooms will be male or female-occupied with 4 persons. No mixed rooms will be provided.
You need to accept the roomsharing as provided through the organisation. Price roomsharing € 26,50.
Simplon Dormitory
The Simplon Youth hostel is situated on the edge of the city centre. A five minute walk leads you to the Grote Markt, the lively centre of town. The organisation of the conference has booked beds in this hostel in the dormitory. The prices mentioned are including sheets, towels, breakfast and citytax. Please note: You do not have a private room. Price is € 25,- per night.
Eden City Hotel

Cancellations and alterations
Any alterations or cancellations must be notified by post, facsimile or
email to the Groningen Convention Bureau. A full refund of registration
fees, less an administration fee of € 50,- will be made to any
participant cancelling before October 1st, 2007. Refunds for
cancellations received after that date will not be possible.
